Service Disconnected Even Though I Paid

I topped up my account several days ago but this morning I found my account dead. I have the receipt and everything indicating I paid. What can I do about this to get my service restored without paying again?

Perhaps you have already clarified with customer service, did you get a confirmation message? generally it is preferable to check on the app if after reloading the offer it has been activated, however the confirmation message always arrives.
