I am contacting on behalf of our company. Currently we have 4-5 mobile numbers (SIM cards / Mobile Numbers) from WINDTRE.
We are unable to turn on call forwarding to any of the phones (each mobile number has a different phone. All of them Android).
We tried to implement call forwarding:
- From Android Settings;
- Based on this tutorial >
- Based on general call forwarding settings > https://www.windtrebusiness.it/en/support/mobile/services/service-setup/strings-services
When we are checking the status * # 21 # we are getting an error message “Carrier info: Connection problem or invalid MMI code”
Any ideas what’s wrong?
