Recharged twice still no internet service

Hi, 

 

I have 3 sim cards. I have recharged one sim card with 200 GB plan on time, but I cannot access internet. I face this issue every month for  few days.

Once I go to Windtre local shop. I can access the net. This is too much trouble as I cannot use internet despite charging. The Web UI always show me status of my 1st sim card. So I keep on charging the 200GB sim card without knowing if I really need to recharge. 

All the help for private customers is in Italian. There is no customer service number for private customers where I can explain my problem. 

 

Please help.

I don't know if it can be useful, but all the sims registered to you can be viewed on the WindTre app, not just the 200 GB ... then selecting the number that appears at the top will allow you to change the line to view the others as well.

At that point you would be able to see how much credit you have and understand when it's time to top up.
To avoid this difficulty every month, you could set up the automatic recharge of the amount you need.
