Dear sir/madam

I recharge my sim card as the seller said to me monthly 9.99 euros.

I recharge my top up 10 euro and my internet and calls was working for 3 days (from 7 Jan to 10)

but unfortunately, after 3 days(Yestrday morning) My sim card was block and I cannot call and connect to internet so I wanted to know why is that happened?
