Recharge Fail

On the 4th of August I purchased €6 worth of credit via Xoom PayPal which I did not receive. I contacted Xoom and made them aware of the issue and they proceeded to sort it out. The payment was made but the funds never reached my acc. They made me aware that they sorted it out and the payment was paid out to the reload partner. They instructed me to contact you to locate this payment and have to my way and the reference number to that transaction is 20210804110024. Can you please have this credit sent to me as soon as possible.
